Welcome! Please read carefully below before scheduling an appointment.

For New Patients: Please book an initial assessment and four 30-minute follow-ups, spaced 2 weeks apart.

For Returning Patients: If you are returning for the same concern, and have been seen within the past year, please book four 30-minute follow-ups, spaced 2 weeks apart. If you are returning with a new concern, or haven’t been seen in over one year, please book an initial assessment and four 30-minute follow-ups, spaced 2 weeks apart.

For Pediatric Patients: Please book an initial assessment and four 30-minute follow-ups, spaced 2 weeks apart. Please book all sessions under your child’s name.

Follow-ups are recommended to be booked ahead of time because there is a high demand for appointments. This ensures follow-up appointments are scheduled within an appropriate time after the assessment. These can always be cancelled or rescheduled if it is determined that they are not required.

PLEASE NOTE: If the reason for referral is time-sensitive or urgent (for example: if pregnant and looking to prepare for birth) please email tara@sperahealthphysio.com to inquire about an earlier appointment option. Please also add yourself to the waitlist at the bottom of the booking page.
